Thank you for shopping with ZAGLO. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Coverage

ZAGLO provides nationwide delivery across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. We deliver to all districts, cities, and areas in Bangladesh with standard courier services.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies depending on location:

Inside Dhaka & Sub-areas: 1 to 2 Days (Next day or the following day)
Outside Dhaka: 2 to 4 Days

Delivery time may be longer during holidays, festivals, or due to courier delays. Peak seasons may add 1-2 days.

3. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive tracking updates via SMS/email.

4. Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT
Dhaka Sub-areas: 100 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

ZAGLO offers Cash on Delivery (COD) service in most areas of Bangladesh.

✓ Pay directly to the courier upon delivery

✓ No advance payment or card details required

✓ Please prepare the exact amount for faster processing

✓ Receipt will be provided by courier

6. Order Verification

For security and fraud prevention, our team may contact customers to verify the order before shipping.

Orders that cannot be verified may be held or canceled after 24 hours.

7. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail if:

The address or phone number is incorrect or incomplete
The customer is unavailable during delivery
The customer refuses to receive the order
The phone is switched off or unreachable

Re-delivery attempts will be made. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (ideally within 2 hours of delivery).
