At ZAGLO, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth experience, we follow a strict "Check on Delivery" policy.
Check on Delivery Policy
▫️Inspect on Delivery: Please check your product while the delivery personnel is present.
▫️Immediate Return/Exchange: If there is any issue with the size or product, inform us immediately and hand it back to the rider.
▫️Delivery Fees: If the return or exchange is not due to our mistake (e.g., wrong size chosen by you), you must pay the delivery charge.
▫️No Claims Later: We do not accept any return or exchange requests once the delivery personnel has left your premises.
How to Request an Exchange/Return at the Time of Delivery
- Do not let the delivery personnel leave.
- Contact our customer support team immediately.
- Hand the parcel back to the delivery personnel (after paying the delivery charge, if applicable).
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect or stitch issues
- The size or fit is incorrect (unopened garments only)
Important: The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Product Condition for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- Tags must be intact and attached
- The product must be in original packaging
- The invoice must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn undergarments
- Items with body odor or stains
- Worn or washed items
- Items without original tags
Return Process
If you face any issue with your order:
1.Contact our customer support within 48 hours
2.Provide order ID, photos, and reason for return
3.Our team will review and arrange pickup
4.Process replacement or refund within 7 days
Refund & Replacement Policy
ZAGLO provides product replacement as the primary solution.
Refunds may only be issued if:
- Replacement product is not available
- The item is out of stock
- Customer explicitly requests cash refund
Refunds will be processed through original payment method within 5-7 business days after verification.
Delivery & Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from ZAGLO (wrong product or damaged delivery). Return shipping will be covered by ZAGLO for items with manufacturing defects.
Refused Orders
If you refuse to receive an order after confirmation, ZAGLO reserves the right to limit future Cash on Delivery orders or require advance payment.
